Due to the nature of ingestible supplements, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened or used. Free gifts, promotional items, and final sale products are also non-returnable.

Damaged Or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund and provide instructions for return if needed.

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.

Refunds Processing

Once a return or refund is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue was our error.
